Michael Lynch, President
Michael has over
25 years of experience in all aspect of roofing, waterproofing and sheet
metal. In addition to the knowledge received from his father and
grandfather, Michael works hard to keep up with emerging products and
new, high tech materials. He is regarded as an expert in all facets of
both residential and commercial roofing and waterproofing application.
His expertise includes shingle roofing (asphalt & cedar), slate work
and all built up or one ply rubber roof systems and modified butimens. HIC License# 104669.

Paul Lynch,
General Manager/Estimator
Paul has over 20 years of experience in all types of roofing. Paul came to be Michael's
right hand man and subscribes to the belief in family pride and customer
service. His specialty is residential sales and project management, and
he is a member of the CertainTeed Advisory Board.

Brian has over 15
years of roofing experience.
He leads all large and complex residential projects including red cedar
applications.

Ed Dever,
Operations Manager
25 years of experience in
all phases of the roofing business. Ed brings a special talent to
Associate Roofing Inc. His day to day responsibilities include
project scheduling, crew mobilization, customer relations from
project start to completion, material procurement and job costing.
